Role Overview:
As a Hi-Lo Driver at FCE Technologies, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and quality assurance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a hi-lo (forklift) to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform order picker duties.
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a hi-lo (forklift) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the facility.
- Stack and organize products in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of the hi-lo to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid hi-lo (forklift) certification.
- Proven experience as a hi-lo driver or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to operate a hi-lo in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
