Fork Lift Driver/Operator

Role Overview:

As a Hi-Lo Driver at FCE Technologies, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and quality assurance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a hi-lo (forklift) to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform order picker duties.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate a hi-lo (forklift) in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
    • Transport materials to and from designated areas within the facility.
    • Stack and organize products in accordance with company standards.
    • Conduct routine inspections of the hi-lo to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid hi-lo (forklift) certification.
    • Proven experience as a hi-lo driver or similar role.
    • Excellent understanding of safety regulations and practices.
    • Ability to operate a hi-lo in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
    • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
