Role Overview:
As a Quality Resident Liaison / Automotive Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships and addressing any quality concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site representative for quality assurance at client locations.
- Monitor and report on product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of automotive products.
- Provide detailed reports and feedback to internal teams to improve product quality.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Experience in quality assurance or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
