Job Description
FCE Technologies is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
